Yes, two of the four wheels are equipped with brakes to keep the unit stationary.
It features a melamine finish, which is water-resistant and easy to wipe clean, though it should not be submerged in water.
The unit is constructed with particleboard panels and a black-finished frame.
Check that all frame screws are tightened securely and ensure the unit is placed on an even floor surface.
Verify that the two wheel brakes are fully disengaged and check for debris or carpet fibers caught in the wheel housing.
Ensure the side frames were installed parallel to each other and check for any slight misalignment during the initial assembly.
Assembly is required, so ensure you have the necessary tools and space to construct the frame and baskets upon arrival. Once assembled, place the unit on flat, level flooring to ensure the wheels function optimally. To maintain the unit, wipe the melamine top and the wooden panels with a damp cloth; avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the woodgrain finish. Periodically check the wheel assemblies and frame screws to ensure they remain tightened for safety and stability.
