Full details
The KDMD Duo 3-Door Wardrobe is an ideal storage solution for individuals living in apartments or smaller bedrooms who need a balance of hanging space, shelving, and organization without sacrificing floor area. FAQs
What are the dimensions of the wardrobe?
The wardrobe features a total width of 135cm, designed to fit into standard single and small double bedrooms.
Does the unit include shelving?
Yes, the interior is thoughtfully laid out with a combination of hanging rails and shelving.
Can I assemble this by myself?
While possible, it is highly recommended to have two people during assembly, particularly for handling the doors and mirror panel.
Is the mirror already attached?
No, the mirror is an integrated feature that is installed as part of the assembly process.
How do I clean the white finish?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth with a mild soap solution. Avoid abrasive pads that could scratch the surface.
Troubleshooting
Doors are not sitting flush or appearing uneven
Adjust the hinge screws on the inside of the door frames to align the height and depth of the doors.
Drawers are sticking or difficult to open
Check the runners for debris and ensure the unit is perfectly level on the floor; uneven floors can cause the frame to twist.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Efficient use of vertical and horizontal storage space
- Full-length mirror adds functionality and creates a sense of depth
- Versatile white finish fits most bedroom decors
- Includes separate drawer storage for smaller items
Cons
- Assembly is required and may be time-consuming
- Fixed width of 135cm may not suit every alcove or wall size
- White finish requires regular dusting to maintain clean appearance
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before beginning assembly, ensure you have a clear floor space at least twice the width of the unit to allow for construction. We recommend a two-person assembly process to safely secure the doors and mirror panels.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust.
- Avoid harsh chemical cleaners that may damage the white finish.
- Check and tighten door hinges and drawer runners every six months to ensure smooth operation.
- Use a standard glass cleaner on the mirror panel, taking care not to let liquid pool at the edges of the frame.
