Loosen the leg bolts slightly, place the chair on a flat, level surface to adjust its position, and then re-tighten the bolts.
Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth dampened with mild soapy water to gently buff out surface marks.
Ensure all washers are placed correctly as per the instructions before tightening any bolts fully.
Assembly is required upon delivery. Ensure you have a clear floor space and basic tools to tighten all hardware securely. When setting up, tighten the chair legs gradually to ensure the base is level before final tightening. For maintenance, simply wipe the table surface and seats with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive sponges that may scratch the white finish. Periodically check the hardware on the chair frames to ensure they remain tight and stable over time.
