Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on at dusk.

Ensure the timer is properly plugged into the mains socket and the light source is correctly plugged into the timer. Make sure the sensor is not obstructed and is exposed to the ambient light.

Light stays on for an unexpected duration.

Verify that the correct season's pre-programmed setting is active. If the issue persists, check for any obstructions near the sensor affecting its light detection.

Timer is not functioning at all.

Check the power supply to the mains socket by plugging in another device to verify the outlet functions correctly. If the outlet is working, and the timer still does not function, the unit may be faulty.
