Troubleshooting
A door is difficult to open or tears the box.
Use a gentle touch, possibly a thin, blunt object like a ruler or butter knife to carefully pry open stubborn doors. Avoid forcing it to prevent damage to the surrounding compartments.
An item inside a compartment appears damaged or missing.
Carefully inspect the item and the compartment. If genuinely damaged or missing, retain the calendar and contact customer service with your purchase details for assistance.
You've accidentally opened the wrong door.
Don't worry, the experience is about daily joy. You can choose to simply enjoy the revealed treat or save it for its intended day and proceed to open the correct door next. There's no 'wrong' way to enjoy your calendar!
The calendar becomes damp or wet.
If the calendar or its contents get wet, gently pat dry any exposed areas. If the water has reached sealed items, they are likely fine. For unsealed or paper items, allow them to air dry completely. Contact customer service if an item appears compromised.
