Troubleshooting

No sound from the headset

Ensure the headset is selected as the default audio output device in your operating system's sound settings. Check that the volume is turned up using the on-ear dial and that the microphone is not muted (if audio is only missing for outgoing sound).

Microphone not working or not detected

Verify that the microphone is not muted using the flip-to-mute feature. Check if the headset is selected as the default microphone input device in your computer's sound settings and within the application you are using. Ensure the USB connection is secure.

Poor audio quality or distorted sound

Check the USB connection for stability. Ensure the headset is selected as the correct audio device and that no other audio enhancement software is interfering. Try connecting to a different USB port.

Headset not recognized by the computer

Try unplugging the headset and plugging it back into a different USB port. Restart your computer and try connecting the headset again. Ensure your operating system is up to date.
