Troubleshooting
Hoop is not secure on the door frame.
Ensure the door frame is of standard thickness and that the hooks are properly seated. Try adjusting the position or ensuring no obstructions are preventing a secure fit.
Basketball will not inflate.
Check that the pump needle is correctly inserted into the ball's valve. Ensure the pump is functioning correctly and the valve on the ball is not blocked.
Ball return system is not working effectively.
Verify the hoop is hung straight and level. Minor adjustments to the angle of the backboard might help, though the system is designed for basic return functionality.
Product components appear damaged.
Inspect all parts for damage upon arrival. If any components are broken or missing, contact the retailer for a replacement or exchange.
