The item is decorative ceramic; while the glaze is sealed, it is not designed to hold water and should not be used as a vase.
Because each piece is individually hand-finished, the placement of the heart pattern may vary slightly from the stock photo, making your figurine unique.
No, this figurine is intended for indoor use only to protect the ceramic and the hand-finished colors.
The glossy white gift box is designed for aesthetic presentation; if shipping further, please place it inside a secondary, padded shipping container.
Valentino measures approximately 22.5cm in height, 19cm in length, and 11.5cm in width.
Use a clean, dry, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the ceramic surface.
Ensure the surface is level; if it persists, use a small piece of museum putty under the base to provide extra grip.
Setup is simple: remove the figurine from the glossy gift box and place it on a stable, flat surface away from high-traffic areas where it might be bumped. No assembly is required. To maintain the finish and color brilliance, avoid placing the figurine in direct, harsh sunlight for extended periods. For cleaning, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to dust the surface gently. Do not use abrasive cleaners, chemical solvents, or water, as these may damage the hand-finished glaze.
