Troubleshooting

Beads appear dull or dusty

Use a soft-bristled brush or a compressed air duster to gently remove debris from between the glass beads.

Coaster sliding on smooth surfaces

Ensure the bottom surface of the coaster is clean and dry, or place on a non-slip placemat if the table surface is highly polished.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your coasters remain in pristine condition, keep the following care instructions in mind:

Placement: Lay coasters flat on a level surface.
Cleaning: Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scouring pads, as these may damage the glass beads.
Moisture: While they handle condensation well, avoid submerging the coasters in water or placing them in the dishwasher, as this can degrade the backing or bead adhesive.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to prevent dust accumulation between the beads.
