FAQs

Is the vanilla scent permanent?

The scent is infused into the vinyl during the manufacturing process. While it is long-lasting, it may naturally fade over several years of frequent use.

What is the recommended age for this doll?

The doll is generally suitable for children who engage in imaginative play, but the included craft kit contains small parts that require supervision for younger children.

Where is the doll made?

All Miniland dolls in this series are manufactured in Spain.

Can the doll be submerged in water?

While the vinyl is durable, it is not specifically designed as a bath toy. Excessive water inside the doll's body may lead to trapped moisture.

Does the doll come with clothes?

Yes, each doll comes dressed in unique, high-quality clothing included in the set.

Are the eyes movable?

The doll features fixed-position eyes designed for a consistent and lifelike appearance.

Troubleshooting

The doll has accumulated dust or light dirt

Wipe the vinyl surfaces gently with a damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive soap, then pat dry with a soft towel.

Craft kit materials are missing or damaged

Check all packaging layers thoroughly, as small craft items can sometimes get tucked into the inner folds of the box.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

No complex assembly is required; the doll is ready for play immediately upon unboxing. To maintain the quality of the vinyl, keep the doll away from extreme heat sources or prolonged direct sunlight, which can cause the material to discolor. Cleaning the doll is simple: use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to wipe the surface. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the vinyl's finish or diminish the vanilla scent. Ensure the doll is thoroughly dried after cleaning to maintain its condition.
