Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: The Osland Tampa requires assembly. It is recommended to have at least two people for construction. Ensure you have a level and firm base, such as concrete slabs or a prepared foundation, before starting assembly. Follow the provided instruction manual carefully, paying attention to the interlocking log system. Tools typically required include a hammer, saw (if any modifications are needed), measuring tape, and spirit level.
Compatibility: This garden building is designed as a standalone unit. It is compatible with various roofing materials such as roofing felt, shingles, or rubber membranes, which must be purchased separately. The floor is also not included and will require a suitable base material.
Care: To maintain the longevity and appearance of the spruce logs, regular treatment with a wood preservative or stain is recommended. Clean the logs with a damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals. Periodically check the structure for any loose fittings or signs of wear, especially after harsh weather. Ensure adequate ventilation within the enclosed area to prevent moisture buildup.
