The DJI Osmo Action Multifunctional Battery Case is an essential tool for action sports enthusiasts and content creators using Osmo Action 3 or 4 cameras, designed to keep your gear organized and powered throughout long shoots. Its standout feature is its ability to serve as both a smart charging hub for three batteries and a portable power bank for your mobile devices via USB-C. However, users should be aware that it is exclusively designed for the standard Osmo Action Extreme Battery and is not compatible with the larger capacity Osmo Action Extreme Battery Plus (1950 mAh).

No, the case is a storage and charging accessory; batteries are sold separately.
No, this case is not compatible with the 1950 mAh Extreme Battery Plus model.
The case uses intelligent charging and will automatically stop charging once a battery reaches its full capacity.
The case is designed to charge the batteries themselves, not the camera unit directly.
The case has dedicated storage slots for up to two microSD cards.
The USB-C port allows the case to act as a power bank, drawing power from the stored batteries to charge other devices.
Ensure the batteries are seated firmly in the slots and that the case itself is connected to a stable power source via the USB-C port.
Verify that your phone is compatible with USB-C power delivery and ensure the batteries inside the case have sufficient charge remaining to act as a power bank.
Remove the batteries and re-seat them to reset the intelligent charging detection sequence.
To begin using the case, simply insert your Osmo Action batteries into the charging slots until they click into place. The device is designed exclusively for Osmo Action 3 and 4 Extreme Batteries. It is critical to note that it will not accept the Osmo Action Extreme Battery Plus (1950 mAh) due to its larger physical dimensions. For daily maintenance, keep the interior ports clean and free of debris to ensure reliable charging contact. Wipe the exterior with a dry, soft cloth, and avoid exposing the case to extreme heat or moisture.
