FAQs

How many inner pads does the pillow come with?

The Kally Adjustable Pillow comes with 4 easy-to-remove soft inner pads.

Can I wash the entire pillow, including the inner pads?

You can wash the outer cover separately. The inner filling should be fluffed and plumped regularly. The pillow can be washed at 40°C, but it's best to check specific care labels and dry naturally.

What material is the pillow cover made of?

The pillow comes with a soft, 100% quilted cotton cover.

Is this pillow suitable for allergy sufferers?

Yes, the pillow features anti-allergy treated fibres to help protect against bacteria.

What are the dimensions of the pillow?

The pillow measures 70cm x 40cm x 22cm.

What is the firmness range of the pillow?

The firmness can be adjusted by the user, typically ranging from 3 to 8 out of 10.

How do I make the pillow firmer?

To make the pillow firmer, ensure all 4 inner pads are inserted. For maximum firmness, make sure they are evenly distributed.

Will this pillow help with neck pain?

By allowing you to customize the height and firmness, the pillow can be adjusted to support the natural curvature of your neck and spine, potentially reducing pressure and alleviating pain.

Troubleshooting

Pillow feels too soft or too firm

Adjust the number of inner pads. Remove pads for a softer, lower pillow; add pads for a firmer, higher pillow. Experiment with different combinations.

Pillow loses its shape quickly

Ensure you are fluffing and plumping the pillow by hand regularly. This helps redistribute the filling and maintain its loft.

Not feeling cool enough

Ensure the air vents are not obstructed by the pillowcase. Check that the pillow cover is correctly fitted and that the inner pads are not packed too tightly, which could impede airflow.

Experiencing discomfort after adjusting

It may take a few nights to adjust to a new pillow setting. Try slight adjustments to the pad configuration or use the pillow for a longer trial period to assess its effectiveness.
