FAQs

How do I apply the mascara?

Start at the base of your lashes and sweep the brush upwards in a zig-zag motion to coat each lash evenly. Apply multiple coats for added volume, allowing each coat to dry slightly before applying the next.

How do I remove the mascara?

Use a gentle eye makeup remover or micellar water. Hold the soaked cotton pad over your lashes for a few seconds to soften the mascara, then gently wipe downwards.

Is this mascara waterproof?

The mascara is smudge-free and transfer-proof, providing long-lasting wear. However, it is not specifically marketed as waterproof.

What is the shelf life of this mascara?

It is recommended to replace the mascara every three months after opening.

Can I use this mascara with lash extensions?

This mascara is designed for use on natural lashes. Using mascara with lash extensions is not recommended as it may affect the lifespan of the extensions.

Is this mascara suitable for sensitive eyes?

While the formula is designed to be gentle, it is always recommended to perform a patch test if you have sensitive eyes.

What if the mascara dries out?

Ensure the mascara is closed tightly after each use. Avoid pumping the wand, as this introduces air. If the mascara still dries out, it is best to replace it.

Troubleshooting

Mascara is clumpy.

Ensure the wand is clean and wipe off any excess product before application. Apply in thin coats, allowing each coat to dry slightly before applying the next.

Mascara smudges.

Ensure the product has fully dried before exposure to moisture or touching the eyes. Use a primer before applying mascara to help with longevity.
