Full details
The Joy Division Unknown Pleasures Textile Poster is designed for music fans and interior design enthusiasts looking to add a touch of iconic post-punk history to their living space. Its primary benefit is the durable, high-quality polyester construction that offers a more tactile, long-lasting alternative to standard paper posters. While its significant dimensions provide a bold visual centerpiece, potential buyers should ensure they have sufficient vertical wall space to accommodate the 106cm length before installation.

Troubleshooting
Poster has heavy creases from folding

Poster edges are curling
Apply a small amount of double-sided fabric tape to the back corners or use weighted poster hangers at the top and bottom.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Durable textile material resists ripping and creasing
- Officially licensed authentic artwork
- Large dimensions create a significant visual impact
- Lightweight and easy to hang with minimal hardware
Cons
- Requires substantial wall space due to 106cm length
- Fabric may require light steaming to remove fold creases upon arrival
- Non-framed design requires users to provide their own mounting solution
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To prepare your poster for display, carefully unfold it and lay it flat. If creases are present from shipping, a very low-heat iron or a handheld steamer used on the back of the fabric will effectively smooth the material. When mounting, avoid using harsh adhesives that might leave residue on the polyester weave; instead, opt for decorative tacks, fabric-safe clips, or a dedicated poster frame. To maintain the print quality, keep the poster away from direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent potential color fading. If the fabric collects dust over time, lightly dust it with a soft, dry cloth; do not submerge in water or use harsh chemical cleaners.
