Troubleshooting
Dustpan not sitting flat
Ensure the dustpan edge is clean and free of debris. Minor warping can sometimes be corrected by gently pressing down on the edge against a flat surface.
Debris not fully collected by brush
For finer debris, sweep slowly and ensure the brush is held at a slight angle to the floor. For tougher grime, a more robust brush might be needed.
Handle grip feels slippery
The TPR coating is designed for grip. If it feels unusually slippery, ensure it is free from grease or cleaning product residue. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
