Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best results, start by mapping out the desired panel locations on your wall using a pencil and a level. Since the 3M adhesive is very strong, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or oils before peeling the backing. Once pressed firmly into place, the adhesive is designed for long-term hold. For maintenance, gently dust the surface with a vacuum attachment or a dry micro-fiber cloth. Avoid using water or liquid cleaners, as the fiberglass interior could absorb moisture and potentially degrade over time. If the panels are being installed on highly textured walls, consider using additional mounting hardware or a backing board, as the 3M tape may not achieve full contact on uneven surfaces.
