The tray measures 40cm (length) x 30cm (width) x 4cm (height) when the legs are folded. With the legs open, the dimensions are 37.5cm (length) x 27.5cm (width) x 19cm (height).
The tray is designed for typical meal settings, laptops, and books. It is not recommended for supporting excessively heavy items to maintain stability and durability.
Clean the tray with a damp cloth. For tougher spots, use a mild soap and water solution, then dry it thoroughly. Do not submerge in water or use abrasive cleaners.
Yes, the raised edges help prevent small spills, and the ergonomic handles make carrying drinks safer. However, exercise caution with hot liquids and ensure the tray is stable.
While the tray is designed for stability, it performs best on flat, firm surfaces. Using it on very uneven surfaces may compromise its stability, especially when the legs are extended.
This tray is intended for use while seated or in bed. It is not designed or stable enough to be used as a standing desk.
Ensure both legs are fully unfolded and locked into position. Check that the surface the tray is placed on is flat and stable.
Check if the handles are securely attached. If they appear loose, do not use the tray for carrying heavy items and contact customer support.
Wipe the affected area immediately with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid leaving wet items or spills on the surface for extended periods.
Setup: The tray requires minimal setup. Simply unfold the legs outwards until they lock into place to convert it into a stable table. To use it as a lap tray, ensure the legs are fully folded flat against the underside of the tray.
Compatibility: This tray is compatible with most bed and sofa types, providing a stable surface. It is designed to hold standard-sized laptops, tablets, books, and meal plates. Ensure the surface it rests on is stable, especially when used as a lap tray without the legs extended.
Care: Clean the bamboo surface with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or soaking the tray in water, as this can damage the bamboo. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by immediate drying with a soft cloth. Allow the tray to air dry completely before storing.
