Axial Extractor Fan ideal for Bathroom Use. Built in Humidistat / Timer. Mains voltage 230/240v AC. Extract rate 85m³ hour, 23 litres per second. 41.0 dB(A) @ 3M. Dimensions: 163mm x 163mm with 30mm projection from wall. 4" (100mm) exhaust. This model incorporates an automatic condensation (humidity) sensor which automatically switches the fan on when the condensation level builds up. Once the condensation clears the fan automatically switches off. This model is normally used in toilet or bathroom locations. Requires 3 wire connection - permanent live, switched live and neutral for timer function to operate correctly. Must be connected to a permanently energised circuit that is not routinely switched off.
