Yes, they are made from corn starch polymers designed to break down effectively in a composting environment.
Yes, they are suitable for standard domestic and international shipping, provided the weight and size guidelines of your chosen carrier are met.
The bags are water-resistant and designed to keep contents dry during normal handling and transit in weather-exposed conditions.
Measure your item's width and height, then add at least one inch to each dimension to ensure it fits comfortably within the bag without stressing the seams.
These bags are best suited for lightweight, non-fragile items like apparel or paper goods. Avoid using them for heavy, sharp, or metallic objects.
Because they are made from natural polymers, it is recommended to use the bags within 12 months for the best performance and adhesive quality.
Ensure the surface area is clean and dry. Apply firm, even pressure across the entire length of the seal for at least five seconds.
This may occur if the bags have been exposed to high humidity. Store remaining inventory in a sealed container or a dry, temperature-controlled environment.
Using the bags is straightforward: select the appropriate size, insert your item, remove the protective film from the adhesive strip, and press firmly to seal. To ensure the bags maintain their strength, store the unused portion of the pack in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight and high humidity. If you are using these for commercial shipping, ensure that the courier labels are applied firmly to the exterior, as the matte, compostable texture may require a high-tack label for optimal adherence.
