Troubleshooting
Car seat does not feel secure after installation.
Double-check all connection points (ISOfix, Top Tether, or seat belt). Ensure the seat belt is fully tightened and locked. Try re-installing, making sure to follow the manual's instructions precisely.
The 360° swivel is not engaging.
Confirm that the seat is not installed using only the vehicle's 3-point seat belt. The swivel function is disabled during seat belt installation. If using ISOfix/Top Tether, ensure no obstructions are preventing the swivel mechanism.
Harness straps are difficult to adjust.
Ensure the headrest is in its highest position to allow for harness adjustment. Check for any twists or obstructions in the harness straps. Refer to the manual for specific adjustment procedures.
Child seems uncomfortable.
Adjust the headrest and harness to ensure a proper fit. Utilize the infant insert and head pillow for younger children. Check that the recline angle is appropriate for the child's age and the installation method.
