FAQs
Can this light be installed on a sloped ceiling?
Yes, provided the canopy is compatible with the mounting bracket; however, professional installation is advised for sloped surfaces.
What type of lightbulb does it take?
It requires 1x ES27 bulb. We recommend a LED filament bulb for the best aesthetic effect.
Is the height adjustable?
Yes, the drop height is adjustable between 30 cm and 120 cm to suit different ceiling heights.
How do I clean the smoke glass rods?
Use a dry or lightly dampened microfiber cloth. Do not submerge the fixture or use harsh cleaning sprays.
Does the fixture include a lightbulb?
Bulbs are typically not included; you will need to purchase an ES27 bulb separately.
Troubleshooting
The light is flickering when dimmed
Ensure that the lightbulb installed is a 'dimmable' type. Non-dimmable LED bulbs are not compatible with external dimmer switches.
The pendant is hanging at an uneven angle
Adjust the suspension cables at the ceiling canopy to ensure the weight is distributed evenly across the frame.

- Adjustable height accommodates various ceiling types

Cons
- Intricate glass rod design may be difficult to dust
- Requires professional installation for optimal safety
- Heavy fixture weight requires a reinforced ceiling junction
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation: This product requires a standard ceiling mounting. Due to the weight and the delicate nature of the glass rods, we strongly recommend professional installation to ensure the ceiling junction box is properly reinforced. Ensure the power is completely shut off at the circuit breaker before beginning.
Compatibility: This fixture requires 1x ES27 (Edison Screw) lightbulb. While the fixture supports dimming, ensure your chosen bulb is explicitly labeled as 'dimmable' to prevent flickering or damage to the electronics.
Care: Dust the glass rods regularly with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to maintain the clarity of the smoked finish. Avoid using abrasive household cleaners or chemicals, as these can strip the black finish from the frame. If a glass rod becomes loose over time, gently check the tension of the mounting hardware during your routine cleaning.
