The Cromar Roller Refill - 9 Inch is an essential accessory for professional roofers and DIY enthusiasts who utilize the Cromar Resin Applicator Roller for their roofing projects. It is specifically engineered to provide a smooth, consistent application of PRO GRP resin and topcoats, ensuring a high-quality finish every time. While it is highly durable for standard applications, users should note that it is purpose-built for the Cromar system, meaning it may not perform optimally with incompatible roller frames.

The Cromar Roller Refill is specifically designed for the Cromar Resin Applicator Roller. Use with other frames may result in poor fitment or performance.
Clean the refill immediately after use using the solvent recommended for your specific PRO GRP resin system. Do not let resin cure on the fabric.
Yes, this refill is optimized for the application of both PRO GRP resin and topcoat.
Replace the refill if the nap becomes matted, if the roller shows signs of structural breakdown, or if you are switching between significantly different products that might cause contamination.
The refill is 9 inches wide, matching standard Cromar applicator frames.
Ensure the refill is fully pushed onto the frame cage and that the cage arms are properly expanded to grip the core.
Check if the roller is saturated evenly and remove any dried debris or hardened resin clumps from the surface of the refill.
To replace the refill, simply slide the used sleeve off the Cromar applicator frame and slide the new 9-inch refill onto the roller cage until it is seated firmly. This refill is exclusively compatible with the Cromar Resin Applicator Roller system. To extend the life of the roller, it is recommended to clean the refill immediately after use using the appropriate solvent designated for your resin system. Allowing resin to cure on the roller fibers will harden the material, rendering it unusable for future projects.
