Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
No complex setup is required. Simply fill the kettle with water and place it over your heat source.
Compatibility:
- Heat Sources: Compatible with most camping stoves (gas, liquid fuel) and open campfires.
- Not Suitable For: Induction cooktops or direct electric heating elements.
Care:
- Cleaning: After use, allow the kettle to cool completely. Wash with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, which can damage the anodized finish.
- Drying: Thoroughly dry the kettle after washing to prevent water spots and corrosion. Store with the lid off or slightly ajar to allow air circulation.
- Handle Care: While the rubberized coating offers grip, avoid prolonged direct contact with intense flames or coals to preserve its integrity.
