Rinse the net thoroughly with fresh water after each use. Remove any debris or weeds that may be caught in the mesh.
The net is made of rubber mesh, a metal spreader block, and a nylon case/stink bag.
Yes, although it's primarily designed for carp and pike, it can be used for other species if the size and construction are suitable.
Allow the net to dry completely before storing it in the included nylon case/stink bag. This helps to prevent odors and prolong the life of the net.
The rubber mesh is durable, but it can be damaged if snagged on sharp objects. Handle with care and inspect the net regularly.
The stink bag helps to contain odors and keep your car and other equipment clean when transporting the net.
Ensure the net handle is securely attached to your rod or bank stick. Try adjusting your position to get a better angle.
Inspect the net regularly for damage. Repair small tears with a suitable adhesive or patch. For severe damage, consider replacing the net.
Setting up the net is straightforward: attach the net to the metal spreader block. Ensure the net is securely attached before use. The NGT 42" landing net is compatible with standard fishing rods and bank sticks.
