Full details

The Trakker NXG Deluxe Rucksack is a high-performance, versatile storage solution designed for mobile anglers and long-session carp fishermen who require organization and durability. Its standout feature is an innovative lid that functions as a self-supported table or rig-tying station, significantly increasing efficiency on the bank; however, its slim, low-profile architecture may feel restrictive if you prefer to carry bulky, non-compressible gear.

FAQs

Is the Trakker NXG Deluxe Rucksack waterproof?

It features a hard-wearing waterproof base and water-resistant polyester fabric, protecting contents from damp ground and light rain.

Can I fit my bed chair inside the rucksack?

No, this rucksack is designed to fit underneath a bed chair, not to store the chair itself.

How do I clean the exterior?

Wipe with a damp sponge or cloth. Do not machine wash, as this may compromise the waterproof coating.

Is this suitable for overnight trips?

Yes, it is designed for both mobile angling and longer sessions, offering ample capacity for essential gear.

Are the internal dividers removable?

The external side pocket includes a padded divider for alarms, while the main compartment is designed for efficient gear organization.

Does it come with a rain cover?

The bag does not include a separate rain cover as it is constructed from heavy-duty, water-resistant materials.

Troubleshooting

Shoulder straps feel uneven during carry

Unfasten the adjustment buckles completely and re-thread them to ensure both sides are set to the exact same length.

Lid table appears unstable on uneven ground

Ensure the lid support mechanism is fully locked in place and try to place the rucksack on a flatter patch of cleared ground.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Innovative lid converts into a functional work station
Space-saving profile fits under standard bed chairs
Excellent storage organization for barrow setups
Robust waterproof base prevents moisture ingress

Polyester material requires regular cleaning to maintain longevity

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Trakker NXG Deluxe Rucksack lasts, follow these guidelines:

Setup: Adjust the shoulder straps before loading to ensure the center of gravity sits comfortably against your back.
Compatibility: While it fits under most bed chairs, ensure your chair is at its standard height setting to prevent crushing the contents.
Care: Clean the waterproof base after every trip with a damp cloth to remove grit or mud. Allow the polyester material to air dry completely before storing to prevent mildew. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes on the fabric.
