Full details

The Kettler Panalsol Deluxe is a premium outdoor gazebo designed for those who love to entertain or relax in their garden. Its key benefit is creating a versatile, shaded, and illuminated outdoor space suitable for various events. A potential caveat is that while the frame is rustproof, the roof panels should be removed in high winds. This elegant pavilion features a durable, rustproof aluminium frame, adjustable Textilene sliding roof panels with UV50+ protection, and integrated solar-powered LED lights for evening ambiance. It also includes a decorative slatted side panel for hanging accessories, enhancing both its functionality and aesthetic.

FAQs

Is the Kettler Panalsol Deluxe suitable for year-round outdoor use?

The aluminium frame is rustproof and designed for year-round use. However, for safety and to prevent damage, the Textilene roof panels should be removed during high winds, heavy rain, or winter months.

How do I adjust the shade coverage?

The four roof panels are designed to slide independently along their tracks. You can slide them to cover more or less area, allowing you to customize the amount of shade and sun exposure.

Can I hang heavy items from the side panel?

The slatted side panel is intended for lightweight decorative items such as small plants or string lights. Avoid hanging heavy objects that could damage the panel or the structure.

How are the LED lights powered?

The LED lights are powered by a built-in solar panel. Ensure the solar panel is kept clean and exposed to direct sunlight during the day to charge the battery effectively.

What are the dimensions of the gazebo?

The Kettler Panalsol Deluxe measures approximately 3 meters in width and 3.5 meters in depth, with a height of 2.2 meters.

What should I do if the box arrived damaged?

While the box may be damaged, the product itself has been inspected for significant damage. Minor cosmetic marks and scratches may be present but do not affect functionality. If there is significant damage impacting usability, please contact customer support.

How do I clean the Textilene roof panels?

The Textilene roof panels can be cleaned using a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before sliding them back into place.

Troubleshooting

Gazebo feels unstable

Ensure all frame components are securely tightened and that the fixing plates are properly anchored to the ground.

LED lights are not working

Verify that the solar panel is clean and receiving direct sunlight during the day. Check the battery (if accessible) and ensure it is correctly inserted.

Roof panels are difficult to slide

Check for any obstructions on the tracks. Gently clean the tracks and the edges of the panels. Ensure panels are correctly seated in their tracks.

Minor cosmetic marks or scratches on frame

These may be cosmetic and do not affect the structural integrity or rustproof nature of the aluminium. Clean with a damp cloth. For deeper scratches, consider touch-up paint suitable for coated aluminium if desired.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Ensure you have a level surface for assembly. Follow the provided assembly instructions carefully, as some steps may benefit from a second person.
