Full details
The Beliani PILOT Office Chair in Cream is designed for home office users seeking a blend of professional aesthetics and ergonomic support. Its primary benefit is the combination of a high-density foam seat and a supportive, flared-arm design that promotes sustained comfort during long work sessions. While it offers excellent functionality, users should note that the cream fabric requires proactive maintenance to prevent staining and the chair requires a moderate assembly time before it is ready for use.

Troubleshooting
Chair height does not stay fixed
Ensure the gas lift cylinder is correctly seated and the lever is fully returned to the neutral position.
Wheels do not roll smoothly
Check for debris or carpet fibers caught in the wheel casters and ensure the chair is not locked in 'safety' mode by shifting your weight.
Chair feels unstable
Re-tighten all bolts and connections, as they may have loosened during initial assembly or normal use.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly is required upon delivery, with an estimated time of 20 to 40 minutes; ensure you have a clear workspace and the provided hardware before starting. The chair is compatible with standard desk heights ranging from 70 to 80 cm. To maintain the chair, vacuum the cream fabric regularly to remove dust. If a spill occurs, blot with a clean, dry cloth immediately; avoid harsh chemical cleaners which may damage the upholstery fibers.
