Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation is Key:
- Ensure the existing floor surface is clean, dry, smooth, and free from debris or old adhesive.
- For best results, the surface should be completely flat. Avoid applying tiles over uneven or damaged flooring.
Installation:
- Carefully open the packaging to retrieve the included instructions.
- Measure and mark your cuts using a pencil and ruler.
- Use a sharp utility knife or scissors to trim the tiles to size.
- Peel off the protective backing from the self-adhesive side.
- Align the tile carefully and press firmly onto the prepared surface, working from the center outwards to avoid air bubbles.
- Continue this process, overlapping edges slightly if designed to do so, until the area is covered.
Compatibility:
These tiles are suitable for most smooth, non-porous indoor surfaces. They are ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, utility rooms, and playrooms. They are not recommended for heavily trafficked commercial areas or outdoor use.
Care Instructions:
- Clean regularly with a damp cloth, mop, or a mild cleaning agent.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the gloss finish.
- Wipe up spills immediately to prevent staining.
