The FTX 5587 Outback Hi-Rock 4x4 RTR 1:10 Trail Crawler represents an evolution in trail chassis design, focusing on both performance and scale aesthetics. This model features a new split transmission with the motor mounted directly above the front axle and alongside the steering servo, enhancing front-end weight for improved climbing traction. The steering angle has been increased to 45° for better maneuverability on trails. An adjustable drivetrain slipper protects the transmission and driveshafts, while internal axle and gearbox metal gears ensure durability. It comes 99% Ready-to-Run with a 4-channel 2.4GHz radio system for lights and winch options, a Hobbywing HW1040 40A Waterproof ESC, a 15kg metal geared waterproof servo, a 550 brushed 17 Turn motor, and a 7.2v 2000mah NiMH battery and charger. The twin rail metal frame chassis, 6mm steel multi-link suspension, and a receiver box with external third and fourth channel ports for options like LED, sound modules, or winches, along with a raised chassis-mounted steering servo and panhard bar, contribute to its advanced features. To complete the setup, you will need 4 x Batteries for the handset.
